The Forex Gravity Method (FGM) provides educational resources, pre-recorded LMS courses, and live Zoom training sessions designed to teach technical analysis and pure price action. We are strictly an educational platform and not licensed financial advisors. Any trading or investment decisions you make are your own responsibility.

2. Instructor Authority

All training modules, recorded videos, and custom frameworks are designed and led by Usman Ali. We reserve the right to modify the curriculum, update course materials, or adjust live Zoom schedules to ensure the highest quality of education for our students.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, including recorded videos, handwritten notes, PDFs, and specific trading rules (such as the 5th Wave Rule), are the exclusive, copyrighted property of the Forex Gravity Method. Any unauthorized recording, distribution, resale, or public sharing of our proprietary logic will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

5. Account Conduct

Your LMS access and Zoom invitations are for your individual use only. Any attempt to share login credentials, pirate mentorship materials, or disrupt the learning environment during live classes will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the program without warning or refund.

6. Privacy & Data Integrity

Your privacy is our priority. All personal information, payment details, and contact data collected during checkout are securely encrypted. We strictly use this data for account setup and mentorship communication. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
